The possible highight of the day goes to Seattle Seahawks WR Golden Tate for this decleating of Cowboys linebacker Sean Lee during Seattle's 8-play, 90-yard drive that ended in a touchdown, and pretty much sealed the victory for teh Seahawks.
As QB Russell Wilson scrambled for a first down, he gets some help from Tate, who absolutely crushes a unsuspecting Sean Lee. No flags were thrown, but former NFL VP of officiating Mike Pereia, now working for Fox Sports, thinks it was illegal.
"The hit on Lee is an illegal blindside block. Lee is considered defenseless, which means you can’t lower your head & hit in head/neck area", Pereia said.
