Well, let's be honest — the St. Louis Rams didn't have much of a chance. A team that ranks 18th in Football Outsiders' defensive passing metrics versus Aaron Rodgers? That's a recipe for disaster, and that's what Rodgers cooked up when the Rams visited Lambeau Field. Rodgers went 17 of 28 for 310 yards and three touchdowns, making it look very, very easy in the process. Perhaps Rodgers' best throw came with 9:24 left in the first half, when he connected with deep threat Jordy Nelson for a 93-yard touchdown. Just as nice as the throw was the move Nelson put on two Rams defenders to get free: With the Detroit Lions' loss to the San Francisco 49ers, the Packers are the lone undefeated team in the NFL, and you'd be hard-pressed to put up any name but Rodgers' when you're talking about the best player in the game, or the hands-down MVP at this point. He's playing at a rare level, and his team has been unbeatable because of it.
