There are no words for how funny the video below is. After the Indianapolis Colts beat Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos 39-33 on Sunday night, cornerback Vontae Davis make a bit of a slip-up in his postgame interview. On the field following the win, Davis was asked by NBC’s Michelle Tafoya how the Colts were able to slow down the Broncos’ offense. He said the following: “Well, we had a good week of practice, we prepared really hard for Tom Brady.” Oops. It’s funny because of all the hype surrounding Manning returning to Indianapolis to face his former team. Heck, there are homeless people in Malaysia who probably knew the Colts were facing Manning for the first time this week, yet a starting cornerback for Indianapolis had apparently forgotten. The first thought that ran through my mind was, “Dang, how good is Vontae Davis when he actually prepares for the right quarterback?” And apparently Davis wasn’t paying much attention during the Colts’ extensive pregame tribute to Manni...
