Vikings defensive tackle Kevin Williams has been fined $15,000 for a helmet-to-helmet hit on Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler, Tom Pelissero of 1500ESPN.com reports. Williams was flagged on the play, which occurred with 1:55 to play in the third quarter of the Vikings' 36-10 loss. Pelissero notes that Williams was flagged $7,500 for a helmet-to-hit on Cutler last December. Between Williams' two-game suspension for a 2008 violation of the league's performance-enhancing drugs policy, which was accompanied by the loss of two additional game checks, Williams has forfeited $1.426 million of his $6 million base salary in 2011.
