When the Vikings released McLeod Bethel-Thompson to sign Josh Freeman we all knew there was a chance he would get claimed on waivers. Well, that is exactly what happened. The San Francisco 49ers claimed the 25 year old quarterback. McLeod Bethel-Thompson spent some time back in 2011 with the 49ers so there is familiarity there. To make room for the quarterback the 49ers released John Skelton. While it would have been surprising to see MBT ever get playing time in Minnesota he won fans over with his big arm and ability to chuck it down the field. The post Vikings McLeod Bethel-Thompson Claimed by 49ers appeared first on DraftSeason.
