The Vikings decided to part ways with politically outspoken punter Chris Kluwe today, and in typical Kluwe fashion he decided to tweet about it. So long, Minnesota, and thanks for all the fish! — Chris Kluwe (@ChrisWarcraft) May 6, 2013 Thank you to all the fans, my teammates, and the Wilf family for the past 8.5 years. I wouldn’t have traded it for anything. — Chris Kluwe (@ChrisWarcraft) May 6, 2013 He seems to be taking the news well with no hard feelings, despite being let go after one of his better seasons. Kluwe didn’t gain many fans with his outspoken nature with Vikings special team coach Mike Priefer being one of his biggest critics.  But as evidenced by his recent tweets  he has no plans on changing his ways. Hmmm…that fish thing is a bit weird.
