The Minnesota Vikings released starting guards Steve Hutchinson and Anthony Herrera, as well as cornerback Cedric Griffin, the team confirmed Saturday.The team will save approximately $13 million against the salary cap.Hutchinson, an 11-year veteran of the NFL missed the final two games in 2010 with injuries and was scheduled to cost the Vikings $7 million in cap space. The seven-time Pro Bowler served as Minnesota captain for the past five seasons.Herrera was set to make $2.7 million and Griffin was due $4.1 million in base salary.
