Jeremy Fowler of the Pioneer Press reports that a person with knowledge of the situation has informed him that the Minnesota Vikings will release Gs Steve Hutchinson and Anthony Herrera. Fowler goes on to report that Herrera already informed of release while Hutchinson's release is expected to happen as early as today. The Vikings could be clearing space to pursue a major free agent.
