Although he returned to the game in Week 9 after suffering a sprained ankle, Vikings receiver Percy Harvin hasn't played since. Nor will he suit up this Sunday vs. the Bears. According to CBS Sports' Jason La Canfora, Harvin hasn't participated in practices this week and won't play Sunday. Harvin remained in Minnesota during the team's bye week to continue rehabbing the ankle, but he's still not ready to play. Coach Leslie Frazier said earlier this week (via ESPN 1500) that most of the swelling is gone but it's still tender and sore. "No setback,” Frazier said. “Just hasn't made enough progress to put him out there yet. … I was hoping that he would have been ready to go and get a little work [Monday], but that wasn't the case."
