As you can see former NFL quarterback Vince Young is back in college and having trouble staying awake in class. It looks like Young is awake enough after class to head to a local bar. It’s really sad how Young’s career ended.  He had so much potential to be great.  He was supposedly trying to make a comeback, but it doesn’t look like he’s in great shape.   Need NFL Tickets? var _CI = _CI || {}; (function() { var script = document.createElement('script'); ref = document.getElementsByTagName('script')[0]; _CI.counter = (_CI.counter) ? _CI.counter + 1 : 1; document.write(''); script.type = 'text/javascript'; var _CI = _CI || {}; (function() { var script = document.createElement('script'); ref = document.getElementsByTagName('script')[0]; _CI.counter = (_CI.counter) ? _CI.counter + 1 : 1; document.write(''); script.type = 'text/javascript'; script.src = 'http://widget.crowdignite.com/widgets/27484?_ci_wid=_CI_widget_'+_CI.counter; script.async = true; ref.parentNode.insertBefore(script, ref); })(); sr_adspace_id = 1000005525107; sr_adspace_width = 300; sr_adspace_height = 250; sr_ad_new_window = true; sr_adspace_type = "graphic";

Vince Young Sleeps Through Class at University of Texas, Then Goes to the Bar

Vince Young is currently taking classes at his alma mater, the University of Texas. But that doesn’t mean he’s paying attention. Twitter user @DaxHill, a student at Texas, tweeted a picture of the former Heisman trophy winner asleep in his class. According to Dax, this was Vince’s way of contributing during a group project. Notice the lack of notes and shut eyes. It’s...

Buffalo Bills desperately need Johnny Manziel

After watching several BCS bowl games , one thing has become quite clear; the Buffalo Bills desperately need Johnny Manziel (or Johnny Football, as some of you may know him). Last night in the Cotton Bowl against a tough Oklahoma team, Manziel rushed for 229 yards and 2 TD’s and threw for 287 yards and 2 more TD’s. Figure in the fact that Manziel is a freshman at Texas A&...

Titans: Firing of Reinfeldt comes a year too late

You can be angry or just plain upset with the Tennessee Titans this season but one thing remains; Hope. Why is there still hope? Mr. Adams finally put an end to the miscommunication between Mike Reinfeldt and Rustin Webster. Obviously, there was a different view of the future between these two gentlemen. With those different views showing clearly in 2012’s offseason. Reinfeldt’s...

Arkansas’ Tyler Wilson drawing comparisons to Jim Kelly

Coming off a solid 2012 campaign, Arkansas' Tyler Wilson is slated to become one of the first quarterbacks taken in April's draft. According to Mel Kiper, his future team could be reaping some serious benefits. Kiper, ESPN's resident draft guru, told Chris Brown of BuffaloBills.com that Wilson reminds him of Buffalo Bills Hall of Fame signal-caller Jim Kelly. “Tyler...

Ryan Nassib says he’s loves Buffalo

Syracuse quarterback Ryan Nassib told Brent Axe of Syracuse.com that he loves Buffalo and wouldn’t mind being selected by them in April’s NFL draft. Of course with former Syracuse head coach Doug Marrone and offensive coordinator Nathaniel Hackett now on the Bills’ coaching staff, going to Buffalo would almost be like continuing his career at Syracuse. “Coach Hackett actually...

The 2012 Titans: Younger but still old on offense, very young on defense

Before the season, I noted that the Titans were an interesting combination of pretty old on offense and pretty young on defense in 2011. I then tried to project how old the Titans would be in 2012, assessing them in the end as likely older than average on offense while being one of the youngest defenses in the league. Now that we have AV information for the 2012 season, we can evaluate...

Bills name Morris OL coach

The Buffalo Bills announced Saturday that they hired Pat Morris as their offensive line coach. Morris has 15 years of NFL coaching experience, starting in 1997 with the San Francisco 49ers. He served as their offensive line coach from 1999-2003. He also had stints as an offensive line coach with the Detroit Lions (2004-05), Minnesota Vikings (2006-10) and Tampa Bay Buccaneers ...

2012 NFL Season Report Card: Tennessee Titans

Much like the Jaguars, it is hard to go through this objectively, because this club was a train wreck for most of the season. The fact that the Titans managed to achieve a total of six victories for the season should be looked at as an accomplishment  However, they took a big step back on their progress from 2011 and some expected head coach Mike Munchak to be let go.  Precisely...

NFL Rumors: Vince Young,Terrelle Pryor or Tim Tebow to the Philadelphia Eagles?

Chip Kelly has been named as the next head coach of the Philadelphia Eagles. Questions abound about what his success at the next level will be. Can he bring his fast-paced, high-octane offense to the NFL level and make it work? It remains to be seen. The biggest question facing Kelly right now is who will be the starting quarter back next season. Rookie Nick Foles started several...
