Fantasy Spin: The Chargers are not expected to place the franchise tag on Jackson again, and the club also may not be willing to shell out the hefty amount of money that would be needed to retain a player of his caliber on the free agent market. St. Louis, Tampa Bay and San Francisco are already said to be possible landing spots for the stud.
