Only a day into free agency, the Miami Dolphins have set their sights on Mike Wallace, the 26 year old speed threat lined up out wide. Wallace’s talents set him apart from the rest of the league as a receiver, but is this enough for the Dolphins organization to compete with the rest of the AFC East?
