This is not a basketball post. But it is Super Bowl Sunday and so we would be remiss if we didn't mention the big game in some way. Especially since there are only three games in the NBA today and nothing else hitting the airwaves. However, there is a Magic connection to tonight's festivities. Former Tampa Bay Buccaneers defensive tackle, Apopka native and Magic season ticket holder Warren Sapp was named to the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Sapp had an enormously successful 13-year career playing the majority of them and winning a Super Bowl 10 years ago with the Buccaneers. Sapp was outspoken and a lot of fun to watch, anchoring one of the best defensive lines of the late 1990s and early 2000s. He often took up two blockers with his size and speed. Sapp was a game-changer even when he was not racking up tackles or sacks.
