There have been multiple reports that former NFL defensive tackle Warren Sapp will be starring in a new series for The NOC, which is a YouTube channel that has over 11,000 subscribers.

Sapp will be playing a judge in the show. Mike Florio of ProFootballTalk.com received a text from Sapp that confirmed he’ll be on the show.

“Dishing out a little blind justice!” Sapp wrote to PFT.

Sapp may come across as a jerk, but let’s be honest, as long he’s talking people will listen because of some of the crazy things he has to say.

The Honorable Judge Sapp?

When things go bad for celebrities, meaning that they no longer have money, they turn to reality TV. The latest sap (ha!) is former Tampa Bay Buccaneers defensive lineman and current chapter 7 bankruptcy victim Warren Sapp. It seems that the big mouth and wide body will be grabbing a gavel and presiding over his [...]

Miles Burris (@MilesBurris) was nice enough to spend a few minutes with me to talk about where he fits into the Raiders’ 2012 plans. [PowerPress]

Oakland Raiders Fire Director of College Scouting

According to the NFL Network, and as is posted on the NFL.com website, the Oakland Raiders have fired John Kingdon.  This is yet another sign that Reggie McKenzie wants his own people in every key area of the organization.  Longevity (Kindon had put in 33 years of service) and how well you may have done [...]

Bucs may start Doug Martin over LaGarrette Blount

With the addition of rookie running back Doug Martin, Pat Yasinskas of ESPN.com believes he’ll start over LaGarette Blount and it makes perfect sense because one could argue that Martin is already a better all around running back. The great thing about Martin is that he already has the pass protection skills needed to succeed in the NFL coming right out of college. Not to mention...

Raiders fire scout Jon Kingdon

The Oakland Raiders have parted ways with longtime scout Jon Kingdon, according to a report by Jerry McDonald of the Bay Area News Group. Kingdon had worked for the Raiders for 33 years. Tampa Bay Buccaneers Draft Grades

7. S Mark Barron DHmmm, Mark Barron and a 4th round pick…or Morris Claiborne? That shouldn’t have been a tough question, but it was for the Buccaneers, who seem to have gotten it wrong. I know the Buccaneers had Barron higher than Claiborne on their board, but that’s ridiculous. Claiborne is a better player at a position of higher value. I had Barron in the 20s on my board...

Buccaneers sign Eric Legrand, former paralyzed Rutgers player

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers announced on Wednesday that they’ve signed former Rutgers defensive tackle Eric Legrand as a free agent. Legrand became paralyzed after colliding with another player on a kickoff in 2010 against Army. Since then he’s been an inspiration to many people as he continues to fight his way back to being able to one day walk again. He’s determined to one...

Oakland Raiders 2012 Draft Grades

95. G Tony Bergstrom C+The Raiders needed a guard. In fact, it might have been their most pressing need because Cooper Carlisle is 35 in August and was only resigned to 1 year, veteran minimum deal. However, I had Bergstrom much lower than this on my board.129. OLB Miles Burris CThe Raiders lost Kamerion Wimbley this offseason so they need a tweener defensive end/outside linebacker...

Draft Grades: Oakland Raiders

It’s tough to grade a team with no draft picks, so to make it simple I’ll focus solely on how the Oakland Raiders used the picks they had and ignore the questionable trades that got them here. With their first selection in the 3rd round the Raiders reached to fill a need. Tony Bergstrom will be given an opportunity to compete for a starting job, but he offers only a limited upgrade...
