Found November 28, 2010 on Redskins Post:
The Washington Redskins have released WR Joey Galloway and signed WR  Terrence Austin from the practice squad. This move should not come as a surprise, Galloway has not been a productive receiver for the last three seasons. Galloway had only 12 receptions out of 38 targets this season for 173 yards and no touchdowns. I thought the signing of Galloway this off season was a foolish move. There were other veteran receivers available that would have been more productive that Galloway was during his time with the Redskins. During his last season with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2008, then head coach Jon Gruden called Joey Galloway the White Tiger, not because of his play but because a sighting of Galloway on the field was so rare. If the Redskins had signed Terrell Owens, Washington might have a 7-3 record at this point in the season instead of hanging on to slim playoff hopes with a 5-5 record.
