Watch: 'F***d around and found out' – 49ers’ Taybor Pepper aggressively hits back at DK Metcalf in ASL after big altercation during the game
Morgan Tencza-USA TODAY Sports

With the 28-16 win over the Divisional rival Seattle Seahawks, the San Francisco 49ers moved one step closer to the No.1 seed for the NFC Championship. They also took four-game lead over the Seahawks in the NFC West Divison.

After 13 games, the Seahawks registered six wins and seven defeats while the 49ers have garnered 10 wins and three losses. The playoffs are looking comfortable for them.

The divisional rivalry between the Seahawks and the 49ers is well-celebrated among fans and enthusiasts. However, the latest game between the two had more juice.

During the last quarter, the Seahawks wide receiver DK Metcalf performed a bodyslam on the 49ers linebacker Fred Warner and grabbed his facemask after the latter intercepted a pass from the Seahawks’ QB Drew Lock. He was in search of extending the lead with three minutes in hand. The DL flipped the ball to Greenlaw who was looking to sustain the 12-point lead.

The movement by Metcalf immediately attracted a penalty call from the referees. He was also ejected from the gridiron. The action compelled players from both teams to indulge in the heated conversation. Nothing more happened in the game after that.

Nonetheless, the 49ers players did not forget that incident. The first one to take a jibe at Metcalf was Taybor Pepper . The long snatcher took the issue to X and made a video where he hinted something sarcastic to the WR. The long-snatcher used ASL (American Sign Language) to take a jibe towards the WR.

What did 49ers Taybor Pepper indicate towards DK Metcalf through the sign language?

The sign language that the long snatcher expressed was open to interpretation. He urged the fans to interpret what he tried to say to the wide receiver of the Seahawks. After loads of speculation, fans finally had the right guess.

“14, f**** around and found out or 14, f***** around and went peace?” a fan asked the long snatcher. It was a bit of a wild guess, but the fan had it right.

Affirming to what the fan said, Pepper confirmed the first one. He said that he tried to mean the first words to the wide receiver.

Metcalf has this habit of trash-talking to opponents via sign language. Pepper inculcated that and had an obvious jibe at the player.
