Watch: Jets' miraculous win sinks bar patrons' free drinks

One Wisconsin bar made a lot of extra money Monday night, while their patrons realized that they may have splurged a bit too much, thanks to the New York Jets' Week 1 overtime win against the Buffalo Bills.

It was reported at the beginning of the news story that Jack's American Pub in Milwaukee was offering the "Jets lose, you win" special as long as former Green Bay Packers legendary quarterback Aaron Rodgers started the contest. CBS 58's A.J. Bayatpour noted that the bar is keeping the offer open for 12 more games, as long as the Jets and Packers aren't playing at the same time.

However, with Tuesday morning's news that the four-time MVP is officially out for the season with a torn Achilles, the eatery may have to adjust the promotion or cancel it all together.

Whether fans at the Milwaukee bar were cheering as a result of the Rodgers injury or simply celebrating the seemingly increased odds of free drinks, Monday night was clearly a rollercoaster night at Jack's American Pub.
