Found December 19, 2011 on The Colts Authority:
Reggie Wayne was set to join NFL receiving royalty with another 1,000 yard season.  That all changed with Manning's injury: The string of 1,000-yard seasons, though, is in serious jeopardy. The absence of Peyton Manning and resulting revolving door and inconsistency at quarterback too often has rendered the passing game impotent. Overall, the Colts have run the fewest offensive plays in the NFL (759) and the offense has suffered the highest percentage of three-and-outs (48-of-150, 32 percent). They are also last in time of possession (25:20). Individually, Wayne has suffered with 56 receptions, 748 yards and two touchdowns.

Andrew Luck expected to sign with Manning's agent

Can you say awwwwwkward? In a column at Yahoo! Sports, Jason Cole says Stanford quarterback Andrew Luck is expected to choose Peyton Manning‘s agents to represent him. Luck is expected to be the top pick in the draft, although some teams reportedly prefer Robert Griffin III. We’ve already heard that Peyton Manning may try to force a trade if the team drafts Luck, so this makes...

No practice for Manning

The Colts have been reluctant to tell anyone much about Peyton Manning.  We know now that he will not practice with the team but rather continue to throw in post-practice rehab sessions: “He’s also concerned about not taking any reps away from Dan (Orlovsky) or Curtis (Painter) in terms of week’s preparation,” Caldwell said. “He’s going to focus in more of just the...

FO: Orlovsky's nothing day

For years Colts fans have bemoaned the "game manger" quarterbacks.  This week Football Outsiders notes that Orlovsky didn't have to do much to win other than not turn it over: You've got to actually see Orlovsky's play-by-play in its entirety to appreciate the pure nothingness of it all. It's fantasy football in the mind of Sartre. In the first half...

Colts finally get first win, stun Titans (AP)

The Indianapolis Colts finally won without Peyton Manning. It just took 14 games and three quarterbacks to get there. Tuesday Morning Quarterback: Week 15 Edition

Did Sunday cost the New York Giants the playoffs? With the Dallas Cowboys winning Saturday, the G-Men had to keep pace. Fortunately the Giants were playing a weak 4-9 Redskin team…or not. The Giants only put up 10 and the Skins threw up 23. Even with the Giants having the leading passer (Eli Manning, 257 yards) and the leading rusher (Ahmad Bradshaw, 58 yards); they still tanked...
