Lots of Bengals on the official injury report for Wednesday. Twelve of them, to be exact, including nine who were listed as not participating in practice.
The biggest name on the list was WR A.J. Green with a hyperextended right knee.
Green had a MRI performed on Monday and said it showed he did not suffer any torn ligaments. He was limping as he walked through the locker room on Wednesday. His status for Sunday’s game at Baltimore against the Ravens is undetermined and will likely remain that way until Sunday. He said he will attempt to practice on Thursday but that’s no certainty.
“If it takes one game to sit out, hey, it’s better than sitting out a whole season,” said Green. “It’s going to be a game-time decision. I don’t really want to push it or (have) any more troubles. I don’t know. It’s going to be game-time decision.”
