Juan’s Running The Rock With
Stevan Ridley vs Buf
The worst run defense in the NFL gave up 243 yards rushing and 3 rushing TDs to the Patriots the back in week 4. With Bolden on the shelf, Ridley should get 20 plus carries and every time that happens Ridley gets 19 or more points. He’s going off.
CJ Spiller @ NE
Spiller should get more touches per Chan Gailey and it only makes sense as the guy is averaging 7.2 YPC. If he gets 18-20 touches in this game the Pats who give up 6 receptions a game to RBs could concede a big game from CJ.
Michael Turner @ NO
I could run for, well not a lot, but I could run on the Saints. The fat ass Turner should get some work here and he should produce top 15 stats against a team that has allowed 24 points or more in 5 of 8 games this season.
Reggie Bush vs Ten
Bush hasn’t been great recently and Daniel Thomas is getting more snaps, but that didn’t stop him from producing against the Colts. The Titans are allowing 34 PPG and the Dolphins have allowed 21 or more points to opposing RBs in 7 out of 9 games. A strong RB2.
Mikel Leshoure @ Min
Nice of Leshoure to finally show up last week. He had been close a lot in recent weeks, but put it all together last week. Doesn’t hurt having WRs get tackled at the one yard line and let him punch it in. The Vikings opened the season strong against RBs, but over the last month have fallen apart allowing a TD in 4 straight with an average of 25 points allowed to opposing RBs during that same span.

Belichick Breakdown - Steelers at Patriots 12/9/2007 (by xjmaki)
Defensive backs who don’t turn their head around is such a point of contention with Patriots fans this year, but here’s a great film breakdown of the how Rodney Harrison defends a pass against the Steelers without ever turning around. You don’t have to get your head around if you don’t touch the receiver and...
Odds on Homefield Advantage, Playoff Seeds and More for New England Patriots | Bleacher Report: New...
This is probably how Talib reacted when he was told he was now a Patriot.
The Patriots needed help in the secondary and got it during their bye week by trading for Aqib Talib. The question everyone is asking is he worth a fourth round pick especially with his history of legal transgressions. Talib will be worth the risks.
First off, Talib has made some...
Tom E. Curran covers the Patriots and the NFL for Comcast SportsNet New England. He decides fashion sense, too, as evidenced by his line of questioning for Tom Brady today: “Sometimes you dress kind...

Happy Birthday Aaron Hernandez! Hope you’re ankle’s feeling better!
If you have Danny Woodhead on your fantasy team, give him a chance this weekend against the Buffalo Bills. Two years ago, in Danny Woodhead's New England Patriot debut, Woody ran for 43 yards and a touchdown in Foxboro. Later in the year, at Buffalo, Woodhead ran for 93 yards and a score. Yes, that was two years ago and his stats have no bearing on this Sunday's game at Gillette...
Last week: 4 (+0)
Fresh off their bye week, the New England Patriots are recharged and ready for the time of year that has typically produced their best stretch of football under the guidance of Bill Belichick. Since 2002, no team has performed better against its division rivals in November and December than the Patriots, and they'll get an opportunity to add to that record Sunday when they...
FOXBORO, Mass. — Coming into the 2012 season, the Patriots biggest question mark seemed to be their offensive line.
With the retirement of Pro Bowl tackle Matt Light, the absence of guard Brian Waters and the exile of center Dan Koppen, there were some wholesale changes being made in front of Tom Brady. And after a tumultuous preseason, the whispers of concern quickly grew into...
Whatever your political affiliation, there's one thing everyone ought to be able to agree upon: There's a lot of vitriol on both sides of the aisle. And that's exactly why New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady eschews any political aspirations.
On Monday night, Brady did an interview with Jim Gray and Westwood One in which he touched on a number of subjects. First...
You just had to expect Rex Ryan would weigh in on this one.
Tuesday we reported that, along with Bill Belichick, Ryan was voted the most overrated coach in the NFL by a Sporting News poll which took the pulse of players. Given Ryan's penchant for opening his mouth whether it's warranted or not, it's unsurprising that he took the opportunity to share his thoughts on the...
FOXBORO, Mass. — The secondary has been the most glaring problem on an otherwise impressive Patriots team this season. But Devin McCourty‘s transition to safety over the past few games has helped stabilized things.
McCourty, a natural cornerback, moved over on the defense to help stabilize the safety position while Steve Gregory and Patrick Chung were sidelined with injuries...

Tom Brady is looking to keep the New England Patriots' league-best offense rolling after a bye week.
Based on recent history, he should have no problem doing that against the struggling Buffalo Bills.
The Patriots host the Bills on Sunday looking for a 12th straight home win in the series and a 23rd victory in the last 25 meetings overall.
Brady is 19-2 against Buffalo, completing...

Juan’s In Tight With
Aaron Hernandez vs Buf
Hernandez returns from his ankle injury and with 2 more weeks to heal, he should be ready to roll. Speaking of rolling, the Pats are going to roll the Bills and Buffalo has allowed 100 yards or more in 3 out of the last 5 games, with 3 TDs allowed in those games.
Heath Miller vs KC
Miller is tied with Owen...
