I’m back Juan… Juan’s In Tight With Aaron Hernandez vs Buf Hernandez returns from his ankle injury and with 2 more weeks to heal, he should be ready to roll.  Speaking of rolling, the Pats are going to roll the Bills and Buffalo has allowed 100 yards or more in 3 out of the last 5 games, with 3 TDs allowed in those games. Ride ‘Em Heath Miller vs KC Miller is tied with Owen Daniels for the #2 spot at TE for the season and the Chiefs may give little resistance to the Steelers pass attack.  With Brown likely out, the Steelers will have to spread the targets around and Miller has a good chance to find the endzone again. Vernon Davis vs StL Davis has been a forgotten man in the 49er offense over the past month.  I think after the bye, Harbaugh and company may have gotten this thing figured out and Davis will get the ball. Animated Gif: Steelers Offensive Line & Tight End Heath Miller Help Convert Key 3rd Down

One of the most important runs that the Pittsburgh Steelers had Sunday in their win over the New York Giants came on their final scoring drive when they were faced with a third down and 2 situation from the Giants 9 yard-line with 5:03 left in the game. The Steelers were down 3 points at the time and a failure to convert would have likely resulted in a Shaun Suisham chip shot to...

Patriots playing games with injured players

Aaron Hernandez (ankle) is among 14 players the Patriots have listed as questionable for Week 10 against the Bills. Even coming off a bye week, the Patriots are trying to keep their opponent guessing. Hernandez was limited in practice each day this week, and the Pats’ beat reporters have indicated no concern about his availability against Buffalo. I would be deeply surprised to...

An Appreciation of Steelers Heath Miller in Just One Play

I’ve written plenty of pieces on Heath Miller and there has never been one that hasn’t been deserved which means there hasn’t been a bad one. What can you really say negatively about this guy? Well, he did drop a pass Sunday against the Giants so away with him! Not really… Actually, there was another play in the win over New York that I thought epitomized the hard work and...
