Week 13 Running Backs

1 - Chris Johnson – TEN @ DET – Johnson running against the Lions defense isn’t just unfair, it’s borderline criminal. Lendale will soften up the 32d ranked rush defense and Johnson will put them away. Johnson has a burst of speed that will leave the lions defenders nothing to tackle this week. 2 - Ronnie Brown – MIA @ STL – Brown has been one of the stories of the year at running back in a year that the rookies have stolen the show. His return from the injured list to a place among the top running backs in the league is something Hollywood couldn’t have wr itten any better. He faces a Rams defense that spends a lot of time on the field and rapidly wears down. Brown and Williams will wear them down early just like Matt Forte and the Bears did last week. 3 - Adrian Peterson – CHI @ MIN – The phrase “throw the records out in this one” is well overused, but seems to fit this match up.
