EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ - AUGUST 29: Eli Manning #10 of the New York Giants looks to throw a pass against the New York Jets on August 29, 2009 at Giants Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. (Photo by Jim McIsaac/Getty Images)

Quarterback -Start Em’

Eli Manning (NYG) – Projected Stats 260 Passing Yards 3 TDS

Manning has been on fire these past few weeks and gets the added bonus of playing the league’s worst pass defense. He, along with Hakeem Nicks, should tear apart Seattle.

Quarterback – Sit Em’

Matt Hasselbeck (TEN) - Projected Stats 200 Passing Yards 0 TD 1 INT

Hasselbeck’s run of good play is due to come to an end when he faces the Troy Polamalu led Steelers’ defense.

Running Back – Start Em’

Willis McGahee (Den) – Projected Stats 105 Total Yards 1 TD

With John Fox finally naming McGahee his starting running back, I guarantee he has a big week against a toothless San Diego defense.

Running Back - Sit Em’

LeGarrette Blount (TB) – Projected Stats 35 Total Yards O TD

Blount runs up against one of the league’s top rushing defenses. Don’t be surprised to see the Bucs abandon the run early and starting chucking it like they did in week one.

Wide Receivers – Start Em’

Percy Harvin (MIN) - Projected Stats 115 Receiving Yards 2 TD

My gut is telling me that Harvin is going to run wild against the Cardinals. I don’t think a receiving and special teams touchdown are out of the question this week for Harvin.

Wide Receivers – Sit Em’

Mike Thomas (JAC) - Projected Stas 30 Receiving Yards 0 TD

The Bengals are sporting one of the league’s toughest defenses, who saw that coming, and the Jags are throwing a rookie quarterback out there. That doesn’t bode well for Mr. Thomas.

Tight Ends – Start Em’

Vernon Davis (SF) - Projected Stats 105 Receiving Yards 1 TD

These past two weeks San Francisco has put a heavy empahsis on passing Vernon Davis the football. That trend continues this week.

Sit Em’- Tight End

Jermaine Gresham (CIN) - Projected Stats 30 receiving yards

The Jaguars have been surprisingly tough on defense this year, should make life difficult on the run forcing Gresham into more pass/rushing block sets limiting his fantasy value.

Start Em’ Defense

Cincinnati Bengals – Projected Stats 10 points Allowed 2 TO 2 Sacks

The Bengals have been a force to start the season and should feast on a rookie quarterback.

New York Jets - Projected Stats 35 Points Allowed 1 TO 1 Sack

The Jets’ defense has been rolled over by weaker offenses. I think they improve, but not enough to stop New England’s offense from giving you negative fantasy points.
