I’ve been tearing sh*t up Juan… Week 9 Ride ‘Em Or Hide ‘Em QBs You don’t need me to tell you to start Rodgers, Brees, Ryan or Brady…my mom could figure that out.  Let’s look at some other matchups that could be favorable/unfavorable this week: Juan’s All In On Josh Freeman @ Oak Only Aaron Rodgers has more points at the QB position over the last 3 weeks.  Freeman is on fire and the Raiders have allowed 12 passing TDs and only 5 INTs this season. Ride ‘Em Mike Vick @ NO Vick dodged the getting benched bullet at least for this week and gets the cakiest matchup ever against the Saints pathetic D.  As long as he doesn’t fall apart in this game and get sat down for Foles, he should have a monster game. Cam Newton @ Was Newton has been disappointing from our expectations, but the schedule gets lighter starting with the Redskins.  It’s now or never for this guy. Sleepers Carson Palmer vs TB It’s not the greatest matchup, but Palmer gets you 15 points almost every week.  Start em if you need him. Andrew Luck vs Mia Luck is at home in the dome (21.75 PPG) and the Dolphins biggest weakness is against the pass.  Luck should be able to put up good stats against these guys if you need him. Hide ‘Em Ryan Fitzpatrick @ Hou I don’t think the Bills are going to able to do much on offense in this game.  Just a hunch from Captain Obvious. Christian Ponder @ Sea The Seahawks only allow 12.6 PPG to opposing QBs and I find it difficult to think he will get to those numbers.  Busts Eli Manning vs Pit Manning only has 2 TD passes in the last 3 games combined and the Steelers have only allowed 1 TD pass per game over the last 3 games. Matt Schaub vs Buf Don’t get me wrong, Schaub could go for 250/2 in the first half, but the Bills may never threaten them and the Texans will pound them on the ground all game long. Aaron Rodgers Continues Photobomb Tradition With Awesome Eye Patch Appearance (Photo)

Aaron Rodgers has an ongoing tradition that he carries out shortly before Packers game begins, and he upped his game on Sunday before Green Bay took on the Jacksonville Jaguars. The Packers quarterback likes to find his way into the weekly photo of captains. The reigning MVP goes out of his way to photobomb the picture of the captains on the sideline before the game...

Aaron Rodgers Photobombs With Eye-Patch

Aaron Rodgers performed quite possibly one of the best photobombs we have seen in quite sometime.  Chck out the lovely below photo of Green Bay Packers’ James Jones, Erik Walden and Bret Goode lined up with some very serious faces.  Then check out the background for some perfect photobombing, with an eye-patch nonetheless. via Jason Wilde Article found on: Cosby Sweaters

Rodgers finally letting his words flow

GREEN BAY, Wis.-In one of this seasons most memorable postgame interviews, Shhhhh is what Aaron Rodgers recently hissed when asked if a 42-24 rout of previously unbeaten Houston had quieted Green Bays critics. Quite the understatement from a player who has become one of the NFLs biggest chatterboxes. Entering the FOX Americas Game of the Week between the Packers and visiting Arizona...

Rodgers: WR Jones making most of opportunities

GREEN BAY, Wis. -- Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers has a chance to lead his team to a fourth consecutive win if they can knock off the visiting Arizona Cardinals this Sunday at Lambeau Field. In his weekly meeting with the media, Rodgers talked about losing to the Cardinals in the playoffs three seasons ago, not getting sacked by Arizona's top-ranked pass-rushers and much...

Blitz Chicken: Rodgers vs. Cardinals Defense

There might not be a better quarterback against the blitz in the NFL than the Packers' Aaron Rodgers, who was historically great last season and excellent this year, as well. Surprisingly, Rodgers has seen a lot of blitzes this year — and probably will on Sunday against Arizona.

RG3: Compare me to Aaron Rodgers

Redskins rookie quarterback Robert Griffin III would prefer it if he were compared to Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers instead of Panthers quarterback Cam Newton.

RG3 tells media don’t compare me to Cam Newton, compare me to Aaron Rodgers

RG3 has been a very good quarterback in his early career, but is it beginning to get to his head? Today he made a comment and I don’t know if I was suppose to take it as a shot at Cam Newton or it just came out bad. Griffin said: “I’d rather be compared to an Aaron Rodgers or a guy like that,” Griffin said Wednesday, “someone who has won Super Bowls.” To me that sounds...

NFL Quarterbacks: Winners and Losers From Week 8

Therefore it is important for a starting quarterback to always do their best and win football games.Week 8 was an interesting one in the NFL for the quarterback position because...

Reflections at 4-4

Louis Bacigalupi posts comments on the site as LouieLouie.  He’s an accountant by trade and worked in a USFL front office.  He can be reached by email at Louie@fiercelyI.com. Before the regular season began, I hoped the Seahawks could be 4-4 halfway through the season.  They could have very well been 3-5, or 2-6 -- They played five games on the road; their three home games...
