There’s a first time for everything and former Philadelphia Eagle Jon Runyan being welcomed to Washington is it. The Redskins aren’t blowing horns and tossin’ confetti , Runyan defeated Democratic incumbent John Adler in the Third District of New Jersey to become a member of Congress.
“I’ll give you everything I have to really get this country back on track,” Runyan, a Republican, said according to the Philadelphia Inquirer.
