Wes Welker will start on Sunday

According to reports, Wes Welker was seen participating in Thursday practice Reports also stated the it looks like Welker will start this Sunday against the Atlanta Falcons. This is great news for a Patriots offense who looked a little off against the Jets. The report included that Wes Welker appeared to be limited in practice. Although Julian Edelman appeared to fit seamlessly into the Patriots offense I'd feel much better with the veteran Welker out there. Details have yet to be released about Welker's knee injury all that we know is that it was serious enough to keep him out against the Jets. Fantasy Impact: If you have Wes Welker start him. He makes it difficult for any defense to cover. The combination of Wes Welker and Randy Moss makes it nearly impossible to cover both. Assuming Tom Brady returns to even half of him old self Wes Welker will see a lot of passes his way. I'm expecting Wes Welker's knee injury not to have too big of an impact. I think he'll be ready to go Sunday.
