I like many of us was completely taken in with the Browns' improbable rise last season. Especially since I was able to trade Kevin Jones for DA in my fantasy league. Going hand and hand with DA's rise was the huge improvement of Kellen Winslow and Braylon Edwards and the rejuvenation of Jamal Lewis. But have you seen them this preseason? I know it is just preseason but the Browns' first team looks really bad. The defense looks as bad as it was last year and the offense has been sputtering. Last night the first team of the Giants managed to put up 38 points before the they were 3 minutes into the second quarter. DA was getting clobbered, Jamaal Lewis went no where and the Browns even managed to block one of their own punts for a safety. I like many supposed experts thought they were set to make another jump this year. And maybe this can be written off as a preseason anomaly on par with the Steve Spurrier Redskins-but I can't help but worry about how bad the defense looks. So I ask you all are the Browns just a one year number? And if so when will we see Brady Quinn?
