There is a local legend that those who dwell in Tampa are well aware of. This legend centers around a Pirate name Jose Gaspar, who was rumored to have been the first Pirate settler in the Tampa area. With him, came a pirate invasion, and since then the city of Tampa has idolized the Pirate and created an entire culture around him.In February there is a copycat invasion that begins on Davis Island, and is taken from the marina to the open waters of the bay. There is also Gasparilla, which can be described as Mardi Gras, with a pirate twist.   • The city and the team does nothing to help the people who wish to see the games. We are not going to spend $20 for a hotdog and a beer, plus ticket n parking. And then drive home n get stopped by a clown for DUI, trying to bring in revenue. Put some express busses out there and see what happens.
