They are a fantasy football site that is projecting which 3rd year wide receivers will break out this year. They are using yards per target and compared that with 2nd year wide receivers who made that jump in the past from year 2 to year 3. The site thinks that Leonard Hankerson will break out this year and Rich agrees, sayiing Hank passes the eye and stat test, which I too have argued all off-season with other Redskins fans, telling them we don’t need to draft or sign a wide receiver. Pro Football Focus said that Hankerson had only four drops while being targeted 59 times. By comparison, Santana Moss had six drops while being targeted 64 targets.
