The Redskins received the greatest news of the off-season so far when they found out that quarterback Robert Griffin III is expected to be ready for the Redskins season opener.If "RGIII" makes a return by week one he will be on the level with Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson as far as recovering from a serious knee injury. Peterson exploded in 2012, to have the best season of his career, and win the MVP award after a devastating injury to end the 2011 season.Griffin III had an award winning season to taking home top rookie honors with his performance in 2012 while leading the Redskins to the NFC East Division Championship with a 10-6 record.The Redskins were on a role winning their last seven games including the division winner against the Dallas Cowboys 28-18 during their week 17 season ending game.
