Denver Post:
While the rest of their teammates are in pads for the first time this season, veteran linebacker D.J. Williams and safety Renaldo Hill are watching in jerseys and shorts.
Williams participated in the first three practices — two non-padded practices and one walk-through. Hill has not gone through a regular practice yet. John Fox said on Thursday that Hill was being held out because of dehydration.
We’ll get an update on these two players’ status after practice ends around 11:30 a.m.
Other spectators today include Brian Dawkins, Matt Prater, Ryan McBean and Wesley Woodyard. All four are prohibited from practicing until the new league year starts on Aug. 4.
