Browns tight end Kellen Winslow and defensive lineman Shaun Rogers were held out of practice on Tuesday.  However, neither player was dealing with an injury.  Head coach Romeo Crennel said he held the two out just to give them a day off.  The Browns will continue with training camp today with a pair of workouts.  [...]
