The Philadelphia Eagles have reported that right tackle Winston Justice will undergo routine surgery on Tuesday to clean out his left knee. A source close to the team noted that Justice’s injury will likely be more serious than originally expected, potentially career-threatening. But another source completely disagreed, saying that Justice will easily be 100 percent ready for offseason workouts. Justice says his left knee bothered him during the second half of the season. He missed two games in December, during which King Dunlap started in his place. Left tackle Jason Peters had the same surgery conducted during the season. He missed just two games and was still voted to the Pro Bowl team. Justice’s doctor will be the famous Dr. James Andrews.
