The Extra Point:
There were reports a couple of days ago that should nothing weird happen, the Seahawks had came to the conclusion that David DeCastro was a likely fit. Then David Hawthorne spurned the Seahawks to go play for the Saints. So where does this leave their draft board? David DeCastro is still a possibility [...]

Whenever I need the skinny on the Seahawks I go to Chris Sullivan. Pure and simple, he is THE guy for Seahawks knowledge. Put less simply, he's more aware of the inner workings of that organization than Gregg Williams is aware of how to get away with an illegal and morally corrupt motivation scheme. Make sure you check him out on twitter, he's a valuable resource. So naturally...
According to 710 ESPN Radio in Seattle, ESPN’s John Clayton indicated that negotiations between the Seattle Seahawks and linebacker David Hawthorne have been “intensifying” and a deal should get done soon.
“I would have to think he’s going to probably to come back on a two- or three-year deal,” said Clayton. “[I] wouldn’t be surprised if they could get something...
Today was the release of Nike's new line of NFL uniforms and to be honest, most of them looked the same from their previous Reebok incarnations.
However, the Seattle Seahawks got a new look for their new uniforms and I'm not sure whether I approve of them or want to throw them in the garbage:

On Tuesday April 3rd the Seattle Seahawks unveiled their new Nike uniforms to the public. The new uniforms focus on the colors dark blue, gray, and neon green. This is a stark contrast to their 2011 uniforms consisting of metallic blue, white, and neon green. Insert sarcastic remark here.
For some reason, fans are always opposed to new uniforms. I remember hearing for a good year...
Seattle Seahawks fans. Have the new team colors and logo and identity been revealed? You decide.
The logo and uniforms will be unveiled tomorrow from 7-10 on the NFL Network.
We're not 100% Sure about this one yet, but here's some images coming out from the WWW that we've gotten our hands on for you.

Check this video out Seahawks fans. Very cool new Nike video of Marshawn Lynch working out and modelling the new Nike football gear.
Here are the images of the Seattle Seahawks new helmet for the 2012 NFL season today. Unveiled in NYC by Nike and the NFL.
We all know Marshawn Lynch is a star on the football field, but he’s taken on a new venture over the offseason: acting. Lynch has been cast in the upcoming feature film “Matt’s Chance”, written and directed by Nicholas Gyeney of Mirror Images, Ltd.
Lynch isn’t the only famous name you’ll hear from the 90 minute film, though. “Matt’s Chance” also features actors...

The NFL media borg has settled in New York to give Nike a day-long commercial for their new NFL uniforms and merchandise. That’s nice; Nike doesn’t get nearly enough presence in the sports world. I only hope they can extend the same courtesy to Gatorade. The biggest news of the day is the dramatic changes made to the Seahawks uniform, which haS gone from ghastly...
After much hype and build-up, the NFL unveiled new uniforms from Nike for all 32 teams today … and aside from the Seattle Seahawks, your favorite team will pretty much look the same next year.
There had been some concern among fans that Nike was going to redesign every team’s uniform to look like the Oregon Ducks, but in general the changes are barely perceptible...
When the Green Bay Packers drafted Matt Flynn in the seventh round of the 2008 NFL Draft, few believed he would ever be a starting quarterback for an NFL team. However, after four years in Green Bay, learning the west coast offense and sitting behind Aaron Rodgers, Flynn has crafted himself into a starting caliber quarterback and will be given a shot at starting, after signing...
Earlier today, the NFL and Nike unveiled the new uniform designs for all 32 teams in the league, and for the most part the changes involved were relatively minor tweaks. Minor, that is, unless you're the Seattle Seahawks. As you can see in the two slideshows on Seahawks.com -- one for the uniform and one for the helmet -- there's a whole lot of new stuff to take in here...
