...the Miami Dolphins select...nobody.  The Dolphins elect to trade the pick to the Indianapolis Colts.  Miami gets the Colts 2nd rounder, pick 61, as well as a 5th round pick, number 165.  With the 61st pick in the 2009 NFL Draft, the Dolphins select CB Sean Smith from Utah.
