GREEN BAY, Wis. - Packers cornerback Charles Woodson has been fined 15,000 by the NFL for roughing the passer last week in Green Bay's win over the New York Giants. A league spokesman confirmed the fining of Woodson, who was flagged for the hit on Giants quarterback Eli Manning early in the second quarter. Manning was not hurt on the play and remained in the rest of the game. Woodson, in his 14th NFL season, suffered a concussion later in that game. However, he is probable for Sunday against the Raiders after practicing all week and passing the league's protocol for players with concussions. Follow Paul Imig on Twitter.
