No, I did not see that coming. Did you? The Giants, despite not having Mathias Kiwanuka or Keith Bulluck, dialed up some of the best pressure on a QB they have had since the Super Bowl season, sacking Jay Cutler 9 times and knocking him out of the game by halftime, and then knocking backup Todd Collins out too, forcing the Bears to put their number 3 QB Caleb Hanie in. Our offense took a while to get going, and they tried to let the Bears back in to the game numerous times, but our defense just wouldn’t let that happen. Plus, once the Giants’ offense did start to wear the Bears down and click, they got on a nice roll and made some plays. And now here we are, at 2-2 and tied for the NFC East lead when last week at this time we were licking our wounds and expecting it all to implode right before our eyes. Well, that’s how I felt…and now I get to eat crow and that makes me very happy. Here is our recap….
