Miami Dolphins WR Mike Wallace is used to making big plays, but in his first four weeks in the team's offense, he's been non-existent. Wallace has been one of the most explosive deep threats in the NFL, however, unlike in Pittsburgh where he was asked mainly to streak down the field and get uncovered when Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger scrambled, he's being asked to be a complete receiver. Wallace says the offense needs to make big plays, but he needs to start making a play and let the deep stuff come along.

Ryan Tannehill rates poorly when throwing to Mike Wallace; receiver calls for more deep balls

Mike Wallace is clearly comfortable, off the field, in his new surroundings. He’s confident enough in the locker room to speak out whenever he thinks the coaching staff is missing something (whenever the coaching staff isn’t feeding him the ball on every throw). On the field, however, the comfort with QB Ryan Tannehill isn’t there and consistent production is nowhere to be...

Ellerbe instead signed a five-year, 35 million contract with the Miami Dolphins. On Sunday, the...

Richie Incognito Says ‘Everyone Should Be Fired’ If Dolphins Give Up 72 Sacks

Despite a 3-1 record that has surprised most NFL fans, the Miami Dolphins are not without their troubles. Through four games, the ‘Fins have given up 18 sacks, good for an unsightly 4.5 sacks per game. At that pace, Miami would allow 72 sacks, the fourth-worst single-season total ever.
