Zach Thomas will forever be a Miami Dolphin and he will get his chance to go out that way. Thomas played 12 years for the Dolphins and amassed 1,038 tackles, 19 1/2 sacks and 17 interceptions in 168 games, and he was chosen for seven Pro Bowls—second-most in Dolphins history behind Marino’s nine. Thomas also battled many concussions in his career. He has forgotten how many he has had in his career. He is going to his brain to the Center for the Study of Traumatic Encephalopathy at Boston University School of Medicine upon his death. Is Zach Thomas a Hall Of Famer?

Many people wonder if Zach Thomas will be in the Hall Of Fame. I wonder that too. He was a fifth round choice out of Texas Tech and accomplished so much in his career. He was undersized, but still played big when it counted. I think he deserves to be in the Hall of Fame, but we will have to wait and see if they give him that award. If you ask dolphin fans they will tell you he is a Hall of Famer without question. It's great to see he will get to retire as a dolphin.
