The season is over for punter Dave Zastudil due to a right knee injury.
The Browns today put Zastudil on IR, as Eric Mangini said the punters surgically repaired knee was not responding. Last season the punter missed eight games last season with a torn patellar tendon in his plant leg.
Zastudil had an operation during the offseason, and recently visited his surgeon after having problems during training camp. This means unless the team brings another punter in, they will go with Reggie Hodges, who was handling punts while Zastudil was out.
