Coach Jim Zorn said he was not in favor of ceding play-calling duties to offensive consultant Sherman Lewis but reluctantly agreed because Vinny Cerrato, Washington's executive vice president of football operations, strongly suggested the move be made shortly after Zorn directed another miserable outing on offense during a 14-6 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs at FedEx Field. Appearing uncomfortable throughout an 18-minute news conference today at Redskins Park, Zorn addressed Sunday's significant developments. He explained how the Redskins' offense would work with Lewis suddenly in charge of play-calling, less than two weeks ago after being hired out of retirement as a consultant. Zorn also commented on the instability at quarterback after he benched starter Jason Campbell in favor of backup Todd Collins to start the second half Sunday. Zorn, offensive coordinator Sherman Smith, and the rest of the offensive staff will continue to contribute toward devising the game plan,
