Lions cornerback Alphonso Smith was fined $15,750 for his horsecollar tackle on receiver Brandon Marshall in Mondays nights loss to the Chicago Bears.
Smith was called for a penalty early in the second quarter when he tackled Marshall by the shoulder with two hands after a 15-yard gain.

LaCanfora indicated that the Lions have offered Smith to at least one team.
