The Seattle Seahawks are waiving WR Chris Matthews, a source told FS1 NFL insider Mike Garafolo. Matthews, who had 109 yards and a TD in the Seahawks' Super Bowl last year, only has four catches this season. Matthews is in his second year since being undrafted out of the University of Kentucky.
