Jaguars Reach An Agreement With TE Clay Harbor On A Two-year Deal

Ian Rapoport reports that the Jaguars have reached an agreement with TE Clay Harbor on a two-year deal. Harbor, 26, was waived by the Eagles last year and was claimed off waivers by the Jaguars.
