Earlier today the Miami Dolphins announced that they have released K Shayne Graham. Graham was signed 2 weeks ago, due to the groin injury Dan Carpenter sustained against the Redskins. DAVIE — Dolphins coach Tony Sparano said kicker Dan Carpenter sustained a groin injury Thursday.
The team will workout three kickers this afternoon as a precautionary measure. According to the NFL Network, the kickers are veterans Jeff Reed, Shayne Graham and Rhys Lloyd.
