Seahawks shrink roster to 75-man limit

The Seattle Seahawks reduced their roster to the NFL limit of 75 before the Tuesday deadline. The Seahawks placed linebacker Heath Farwell, cornerback A.J. Jefferson and guard C.J. Davis on injured reserve, designated defensive tackle Michael Brooks, wide receiver David Gilreath and linebacker Horce Miller as waived/injured, and put cornerback Eric Pinkins on the reserve/non-football injury list.
