James Carpenter could miss some serious time in 2012
In the end of April we were told by GM John Schneider that Seahawks' first-round pick in the 2011 NFL draft, T James Carpenter would likely not be ready for 2012 training camp.
Schneider said the knee injury Carpenter suffered in November during practice was a really bad injury and his recovery has been slow.

Word out of Seattle Seahawks land this week tells us that 2011 first round draft choice the 25th pick overall, James Carpenter out of Alabama who finished the 2011/12 season on the IR has turned the injury corner.
Carpenter's rehab from season-ending knee injury is going well by all reports.

Seahawks place OT Carpenter on IR
The Seattle Seahawks have placed rookie offensive tackle James Carpenter on injured reserve with a torn ACL.
Carpenter, who was selected No. 25 in this year's draft, started nine games. He suffered the injury during practice last week.
The Seahawks signed offensive tackle Allen Barbre to fill Carpenter's roster spot. Babre made three starts for the Seahawks last season.

Seahawks rookie RT Carpenter tears ACL in practice
Seattle Seahawks rookie right tackle James Carpenter tore his ACL during Wednesday's practice.
