Jabar Gaffney Politely Expresses Displeasure For Wife, Lito Sheppard
Jabar Gaffney took to Twitter today to vent about his “soon-to-be” ex wife and fellow Gator Lito Sheppard.
In just an hour, Gaffney demonstrated exactly how not to use social media, and it’s not the first time. Back in November, Gaffney utilized Twitter for another probable cause: telling a Cowboy fan to go kill himself.
Can’t really pull out the trusty “hacked” excuse...
Jabar Gaffney (Idiot) Goes Off On His Hoe Soon To Be Ex-Wife And His Cousin Lito Sheppard (He Sucks)
Jabar Gaffney may have officially lost it. Maybe he just found out that his NFL career has been as impressive as my short stint to the New York Sports Club last month, or maybe he found his cousin, former Philadelphia Eagle/New York Jets/Oakland Raider CB Lito Sheppard banging his (soon to be ex) wife, Terin Gaffney. Who knows? But what we do know is that Jabar went OFF on his cousin...

Raiders make it Lito for the show
The Raiders showed up for practice today with a new #21 in the fold. That player turned out to be former Eagle Pro Bowl corner Lito Sheppard.
The Raiders worked out Sheppard a few weeks ago as the team was a bit thin in the secondary. They had signed cornerback Ron Parker but he became the sacrifice when the team was forced to sign kicker Dave Rayner to replace the injured Sebastian...
Raiders Work Out Veteran CB Lito Sheppard
The Oakland Raiders worked out veteran cornerback Lito Sheppard today, according to a league source with knowledge of the situation. Sheppard worked out for the New York Giants and the Atlanta Falcons before signing with the Raiders in August, but was released. Last year, he started two out of the 13 games he played for the Minnesota Vikings. Two years ago, he started nine games...
