Ron Bartell doesn’t plan on wearing leg pads, will save money to pay fines
Oakland Raiders cornerback Ronald Bartell isn’t happy with the idea of the NFL forcing players to wear leg pads starting in 2013. He said that he won’t wear them and that he’ll prepare himself to be fined for not complying.

The Oakland Raiders restructured the contracts of defensive end Richard Seymour and safety Michael Huff in an effort to move closer to salary cap compliance.
