Free Agency: Recap of who’s available

Over the past few months, all of here at cover32 have been compiling lists of all the top free agents at every position. Adding Will McClay could yield Defensive draft pick gold

Dallas Cowboys news has been a bit slow since we departed the 2013 season; but, word is coming out that Will McClay will be infusing his pro personnel scouting magic into this year’s draft board. Cowboys DT Nick Hayden is known as “Golden Cock”

You really can’t make this stuff up. Dallas Cowboys coach  Rod Marinelli  apparently gives his players nicknames.  Well the name he gave defensive tackle Nick Hayden is very interesting. Cowboys' defensive line is now a Fearsome Four

IRVING, Texas The Dallas Cowboys' defensive line is making a name for itself with its play. It's also made up a name for itself: The Fearsome Four. The name is borrowed from the famous Los Angeles Rams' "Fearsome Foursome" from the 1960s: Deacon Jones, Merlin Olsen, Rosey Grier and Lamar Lundy. The Cowboys' Fearsome Four is made up of defensive ends DeMarcus...

Ratliff Moved to PUP list, will miss first 6 weeks

The Cowboys have made the decision to move DT Jay Ratliff to PUP, which will keep him from action for 6 weeks. Barring further setbacks, Ratliff will be eligible for week 7 @ Philly (Oct. 20th) Expect to see Nick Hayden to take over alongside Jason Hatcher at the DT position. Ratliff is pretty much done in Dallas. Look for the Cowboys to reload the position in the 2014 draft.
