The Cowboys have made the decision to move DT Jay Ratliff to PUP, which will keep him from action for 6 weeks. Barring further setbacks, Ratliff will be eligible for week 7 @ Philly (Oct. 20th) Expect to see Nick Hayden to take over alongside Jason Hatcher at the DT position. Ratliff is pretty much done in Dallas. Look for the Cowboys to reload the position in the 2014 draft.
